Yes, we have a class timetable included in membership. Ranging from all times of day and type of class; from TEAM Training, Circuits and HYROX Inspired Classes to the likes of Stretch and Yin Yoga. All bookable through The Recharge Hub App or at Reception. 

No, the memberships we offer are for Gym & Classes only. The wellness facilities are all 'pay per use' and bookable through The Recharge Hub App or on our Facilities Page. We do offer packs of 5 and 10 on all facilities, as well as the option to try them all on one visit for £65. Making it into a mini-spa trip with the full recharge experience.

Yes! The Recharge Hub is a FREE app for anyone wanting to come in and use the Wellness Facilities, The TEAM HQ Gym, The Classes or even purchase something from our store.

Yes, we offer group bookings and corporate deals on our Wellness Facilities. These are best used when you would like exclusive access to the treatments in an allotted time frame. Contact us directly to chat and get booked in. 

Here at The Recharge Hub; to use the facilities you must be 16 years old.

To use the gym facilities you can be as young as 12 (with our Kids Membership) however must have a (Adults 20+ Membership) adult member with you at all times accompanying you. 

Yes! We have the day pass options for just £6 per person; this allows you access to any classes with available spaces on the day as well as usage of the Gym Facilities.

These must be bought ON THE DAY of use and cannot be booked or bought in advance.

No, we advise you to bring your own robe/towel to use whilst enjoying your wellness treatments. Also be aware we require no barefoot to be had around the wellness facilities so some form of footwear is required (this can be flip flops, sliders, crocs etc)
