Mindful & Meditate X EMPOWER

First Friday of the Month @ 6pm

In this one hour class we explore the power of self-care and inner calm. This session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, manage stress, and find peace amidst the hustle of daily life. We’ll explore a variety of mindfulness techniques, including deep breathing exercises, guided meditations, and journaling prompts to help clear your mind and center your thoughts.

In collaboration with EMPOWER (Women's Collective)

EMPOWER, founded by Hannah Kay is a Women's Collective  designed to promote self-love, confidence, and personal growth. These sessions are a taster of what EMPOWER Events are like. Join us for an hour of tranquillity and self-care. Open to members of the public for just £5 fee.

An hour of peace & recharge

What to bring: A pen, notepad, and an open mind! You’re welcome to bring a blanket or cushion for extra comfort during meditation. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this class is a gentle way to nourish both your mind and body.
